The REAL start!

So, after my first posting, it has taken me a week for the next one! Not great, but in my defence, I have been rather busy! 

I WROTE ALL MY CLASS REPORTS!! 

I am SOOOO chuffed! EVERY year, for 16 years, I promise myself that I will not leave them until the last minute and..... I always leave them to the last minute! It stresses me out, I stress everyone else out and then I am ill with flu for about a week after the deadline date. 

NOT this year! I don't know what came over me! Just knew that I couldn't be in the same position again. 

So while I now look like this:

I am just waiting for the energy to kick in-to be honest, I was expecting to be as high as a kite, but it's more of a gentle buzz. 

On the plus side, I have got myself organised for the week-swimming stuff, i-pod charged for my walks after work and have made about 20 portions of food for the freezer-quorn spag bol and quorn chicken curry. Both are delicious and will be for my CBA nights. 

I am just so happy that on the light evenings, I can go out for a walk or do a fitness video, rather than sit and have to slog at a computer! :D 

I have also got my kitchen organised to help me as much as possible to stay on the Slimming World waggon. 






So now there is really no excuse.

Here goes!

I have decided to re-start my blog, but to make it about health, happiness and, most importantly, positivity in general. 

If there is weight loss into the bargain, then so be it!
I have got so caught up in the numbers part of losing weight that it stresses me out and I get nowhere, feeling defeated, yet again.

Not this time!

This is a positive blog about all that is good in my life. I am sure that the more I notice, the more will appear! 

So today, the weather is perfect.....if you have fins! ;) But that won't stop me enjoying it. 

I have seven months until the end of my first year in my 40s. Better make them good ones!
